To provide a personal and educational experience for what is typically the largest investment of our lives. We strive to take risk and surprises out of the process by conducting a thorough documented bid that encompasses the complete scope of the project and is aligned with the customer’s vision and budget. We have found that ‘quick bids’, while appealing to customers, tend to omit many items that are required for a successful project.

With a complete set of plans in hand, a consistent level of quality is delivered by onsite supervision of a team of quality subcontractors for each of the myriad trades involved in the construction process. Our simplistic guiding principle is to educate our customers to allow them to make wise decisions. We then clearly state what we are going to do at what price, and then do it, followed by handling any issues with integrity.
